Funny how you can go from customer to customer, and here you are again…
- Timeframes that are impossible (for them)
- Customer who think they can keep up
- Old services which are unstable
- Managers who are hamstrung
- Technology that is untested
- Staff who are apathetic
- Network that is failing
- Patches on band aids
But we need to move X to Y because of Z, so lets give it a red-hot-go…
